Mitch Lowe grew up on the Sunshine Coast before relocating to Melbourne. His passion for photography ignited during his teenage years when he began capturing house parties and nightclubs with SAVETONIGHT, eventually immersing himself in the vibrant world of live music photography.

Since 2012, Mitch has been operating under the banner of Mitch Lowe Photo, establishing himself as a prominent figure in the photography industry. His career has seen him tour across Australia with renowned artists such as Rüfüs Du Sol, Golden Features and Conrad Sewell as well as working with media publications to capture the likes of Elton John, Foo Fighters, One Direction, Kendrick Lamar, Slipknot and many more artists across all genres. His keen eye for detail and ability to capture the essence of live performances as well as documenting the travels from show to show have made his work highly sought after.

Mitch's impressive portfolio captured the eye of major music festivals across Australia, including Splendour In The Grass, Future Music Festival, Listen Out, and Spilt Milk. His involvement in these events has also afforded him the opportunity to take portraits of celebrated artists like Denzel Curry, Bloody Beetroots, Kevin Abstract, Example and Daniel Johns. His work has been featured in esteemed publications such as Rolling Stone and on popular streaming platforms like Spotify.

In addition to the music industry, Mitch has always held a deep interest in architecture from a young age. This passion inevitably led him to photograph stunning architectural designs, with his work being printed in Queensland Homes magazine.

His expertise extends into the realm of hospitality, brand and commercial, where he enjoys creating unique and impactful visuals that businesses and venues proudly utilize for their marketing efforts, from billboards to social media campaigns for companies including Apple, Novotel, The Star, FunLab, Ecosa and more.
